Lunch
Now, does anyone wish to go to a restaurant during the day or after? I have several ideas on where to go for some good foodings. Not just Domino's or KFC crap.
We have to discuss the money side of that as well as suggestions to go where.
I know a good Mexican place in Mortdale, several pizzerias and a Japanese restaurant that is absolutely awesome.

Re: Lunch
We can split into two parties for different places to eat.
I would like some clean, non-chinese place to eat that also isn't a bar since it would be odd to have a large group of children in a bar.
I porpose that everyone brings $15 to the lunching.

Re: Lunch
If we're going bowling, we eat at the centre. There's no point going on a huge trip just for food. It's more for seeing each other again, catching up etc.
Re: Lunch
Yes but if we go to a shit place with shit, overpriced food then I propose restauranteering.

Re: Lunch
But what if we do not go bowling?
What if someone is struck down by an extreme urge for good quality pizza made by a local small business competing against The Man?

Re: Lunch
Point is, we ARE probably going bowling. Obviously if we're not we go some place to eat. Generally speaking, restaurants are a lot more expensive than regular food. I'm not suggesting we go to McDonald or some crap. And assuming we don't go bowling, we'll be (most likely) going to the city. And most of us don't know half the restaurants there so making a decision on the day is the best option.
Re: Lunch
If we do to go the city, the nuch that live around Hurstville can go back to Hurstville and have sum o dat Japanese food that I found out about.

Re: Lunch
My main idea was to go to some place after or between us doing whatever we're doing on the day.

Re: Lunch
That would waste time. Go to city, back to hurstville for lunch, back to city?
Chances are we will be bowling. Don't bother with deciding a location now. If, by some chance, we won't be bowling THEN we can think and only after we've decided where we will be going.

Re: Lunch
Which is also why I mentioned that I think it should be somewhere that isn't a bar. In other words, kid friendly.

Re: Lunch
And wouldn't that be a nice refreshment to life?
We can use multiple tables and make seating arrangements so we can get exciting paperwork!

It's not just a casino.
Two- I go there to eat roughly once a month, and trust me the atmosphere is great. Out of them all I recommend Lotus Pond for Asian dishes etc of Garden Buffet for super-sizing *cough Tim*.
And Garden Buffet is really kid friendly, there are dishes made just for kids.
Otherwise the Fortunes Bar is nice, similar to Garden Buffet but you pay for what you eat. And less crowded.
