Ranks for users under their username or avatar.

And remove the stupid 10 to 255 char title restriction, hence five dots in the title.

Eg you get this small text under your username (similar to Admin currently under yours), that changed according to how long the user has been there and their post count. Or alternatively everyone can decide their own 'custom rank' to be displayed.
